Strong Bones Strength Training Program Offered at the Oxford Ave. campus

In partnership with the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Eau Claire County, another Strong Bones Strength Training Program will be offered at First Lutheran Church beginning in the latter part of October. This exercise program is designed to help women and men become or stay strong.
Learn more before you begin! A free Information Session will be offered on Monday, October 19 from 11 a.m. - 12 noon in the church's Gymnasium.

The exercise program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from Wednesday, Oct. 21 through Wednesday, Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. - 12 noon in the Gymnasium at First Lutheran Church (no class Wednesday, November 25). The class offered at no cost includes progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities. Minimal equipment needed: set of dumbbells, ankle weight, floor mat (or towel).

Advance registration is required. All new participants must complete forms at the Information Session before participating in classes.
