Participate in the Logo Selection for Spirit Lutheran!

Several submissions of creative artwork and ideas for the new logo representing Spirit Lutheran have been reviewed and edited. The Spirit Council has narrowed the field down to three top contenders. Now we need your help as the congregation voices its opinion and chooses the final logo.

Each logo will be shown on the announcement screens prior to worship on Wednesdays and Sundays. They can also be found on our website and shown as color posters in the narthex of the church.

The following points are the suggested system for casting your ballot for Spirit's new logo:

  • Paper ballots will be available in the narthex after Sunday and Wednesday worship services and available in the office throughout the week. No online voting will take place.

  • Two ballot boxes are available in the narthex of the church.

  • One ballot per person may be cast up until Monday, Feb. 15 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Persons 10 years of age and older may cast one ballot. Each person must sign their full name on the ballot.

  • Council members will count and verify accepted ballots.

  • Results of voting will be reported by council members at the Feb. 18 council meeting. (Council may make adjustments to the final logo selected, including color palette).

  • The final logo selection will be revealed to the congregation at the Council Dialogue between services on Feb. 21, 2016 and through the congregation's newsletter and website.

There is NO online voting. Please call the office for more information at 715-832-2421.
